The winner will receive:
~ One (1) free entry to the 2012 Midwest Women's Mountain Bike Clinic
~ One (1) free 2012 event t-shirt
~ Two free nights (Fri/Sat) lodging for the weekend of the event at Cornerstone Inn Bed & Breakfast
(located just two miles from the clinic venue!)
~ and a huge prize package of goodies from our event sponsors!
Official Rules
1. Entry Period: The entry period for this contest begins on Sunday, April 15, 2012 and ends on Wednesday, April 25, 2012.
2. Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of their entry.
3. How to Enter:
a. "LIKE" Midwest Women's Mountain Biking and Girl Bike Love on Facebook.
b. Upload your 90 second video to http://vimeo.com/groups/midwestwomenscliniccontest
c. Send an email to contest@sub-9.com with the subject "GBL Video Entry". Please include a link to your uploaded video along with your full name, city and state, contact phone number and email address..
d. Entries should be creative, original and based on the following topic:
~ Why do you need to come to the Midwest Women's Mountain Bike Clinic
e. Get your friends and family to "LIKE" and comment on your video. The entry to receive the most likes and comments will be our winner!
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected based on the number of "LIKES/Comments" for your video posted in the Midwest Women's Clinic/GBL Contest Vimeo page. Final winner will be announced no later than Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Any contest winner notification returned as undeliverable for any reason will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate at the discretion of contest organizers. If an alternate determination is necessary for any reason, the entry with the next highest number of "LIKES/Comments" shall be declared the contest winner.
Prize Description: The winning entrant will receive:
~ One (1) free entry to the 2012 Midwest Women's Mountain Bike Clinic. If winner has already purchased an entry to the 2012 event, that amount will be refunded to them.
~ One (1) free 2012 event t-shirt.
~ Two free nights (Fri/Sat) stay at official event lodging at Cornerstone Inn Bed & Breakfast located just two miles from the clinic venue in Nashville, IN. Transportation to and from event is not included.
~ Prize package of goodies from our sponsors!
No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash.
Consent and License: By submitting an entry, you are implying that you have read the Official Rules and that you agree to them, that the video is of your own creation, and that you grant Sub-9 Productions and Girl Bike Love exclusive rights to publish your work in any and all media without further compensation or attribution. Consent is also given by any entrant for Sub-9 Productions and Girl Bike Love to use entrant's full name, city and state of residence. Contest winner's name, city and state will be posted on event website.
Disclaimer: Entries that are lost, late, garbled, or incompletely received for any reason, will not be eligible. Sub-9 Productions reserves the right to not award any or all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it determines that a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries has not been received.
